Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. You have the right to cancel your order untill it is fulfilled. This can be done through the email that was recieved or logging into your customer account

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can use our online return portal here: Withdraw / Return order. You may also inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement, for example in writing, by post or by email. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive a refund of all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

How to return your order

To start your return, please use our online return portal: Start your return.

After registering your return through the portal, you will receive the return instructions and, where applicable, a free DHL return label. You must print the return label yourself. You can then drop off your package at a DHL parcel shop of your choice or at a BPOST pickup point in Belgium.
