Shipping policy
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders over €40. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of €8.95 applies. Shipping to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain is also possible. Shipping costs for these countries are based on the weight and dimensions of the product and will be visible during the checkout process.

Packages and Pallets with DHL
We ship all our packages and pallets with DHL.
Smaller Packages
Smaller packages can also be delivered to a nearby service point. This way, you don’t have to stay at home and can pick up your package at your convenience. You can choose this option during checkout, where you can select a service point yourself.
You will receive a track-and-trace link via the email address you provided, allowing you to track your shipment. Within the Netherlands, approximately 98% of shipments are delivered the next working day. For packages up to 20 kg, Saturday is considered a standard delivery day. If you place an order before 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. For instance, if you place an order at 3:30 PM on Friday for a package weighing less than 20 kg, it will be delivered on Saturday. In Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, DHL typically delivers within two working days.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, you can use the track-and-trace link to schedule a new delivery date. DHL FOR YOU and BPOST will attempt delivery up to four times. If delivery still isn’t possible, DHL or BPOST will deliver the package to a nearby DHL or BPOST ServicePoint. A notification card will be left in your mailbox. Using the code on this card, you can track the package and see where it is being delivered. If shipped via PostNL, you can choose your preferred delivery time through their app.
Larger Packages and Pallets
For larger packages and pallets, we use DHL’s business network (DHL EUROPLUS). Standard delivery includes two attempts. Please note that deliveries are made only on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If delivery is not successful, you can contact us to schedule an additional delivery attempt. If this is also unsuccessful, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest terminal, where you can pick it up between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
